Refund Policy

it8.art sells digital products delivered by download. Digital products cannot be physically returned or exchanged, and purchases are generally final after the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Eligible Issues
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive access to the purchased files.
- The download link does not work.
- A purchased file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened.
How To Request Help
Email [email protected] with your order number, purchase email address, and a description of the problem. Screenshots or error messages may help us resolve the issue.
We usually respond within 24-48 hours. We will first try to provide a working download link, replacement file, or reasonable technical solution.
Refunds
If we cannot provide access to a valid working file for an eligible issue, we may approve a partial or full refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
Non-Eligible Requests
We do not normally provide refunds for changing your mind, purchasing the wrong product, not reviewing the included items before purchase, or device, operating-system, or third-party app compatibility requirements that were disclosed on the product page.
